Our return Policy

We do everything possible to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our products. Our authentication process ensures that the products delivered to you are of the highest quality. It’s the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the delivery to confirm the product ordered is correct and in good condition. We may however provide a product replacement based on the below conditions only: –

Product received is not the one ordered
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any of the above, you can return the product for an exchange subject to the below conditions: –
Items MUST be returned in their original packaging untampered and in an unused state.
Valid original receipt which was contained inside your package must be availed.
Items should be returned within 48 hours from the time of purchase
If the product to be returned does not meet the above conditions, we will be unable to offer an exchange.
Also, we will not be able to accept your return if: –

You simply change your mind
You bought an item by mistake
How to Request for a Return

All replacements shall be done within 24 hours of receiving the request.

Our Return policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent your preferred settlement within a certain amount of days.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 7 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state.
